We use soy based spray-foam insulation, formaldehyde free trim and cabinets, low-VOC paints, formaldehyde-free glues & sealants and a heat recovery system that brings in fresh air. 


We provide our home buyers with all of their home building information online. You will have weekly reports, checklists, photos, and project calendars available 24/7 by logging on to your website. We have an environment where everyone knows what’s going on all the time. You even get a website upon move-in which contains not only all of your owners manuals online but also paint colors, contacts, community information, and a place to submit any warranty requests


We have an atmosphere of full disclosure with our homebuyers.  We provide transparent book keeping throughout the process of building your homes. Homebuyers see and agree to every cost before it is committed to the project. There are never surprises. Every expense including builders fees are all detailed out and agreed to ahead of time.

We build smart, eco-friendly, healthy homes, which are certified by the American Lung Association, Earthcraft, Energy Star, LEED, and NAHB green.  Not all of our projects are "certified" homes, but some of the products are used regardless of homeowners opting for certification.
