Terrace Level Powder Room

Who says "Green" can't be refined and luxurious? The Terrace Level Powder Room shows that sustainable design can be both. After all, what is more sustainable than design that withstands the test of time? Using a combination of locally made materials, low and no VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) finishes, water saving fixtures, high efficiency lighting, antiques, and local artwork, this room's palette of earthy metallic finishes creates a well-appointed retreat.

Lustrous Koroseal vinyl wallcovering, "Burnished", recreates the exquisite craftsmanship and fine patina of hammered metal. And this is not just surface beauty. This wallcovering has passed rigorous emissions tests and has been certified by the GREENGUARD Environmental Institute as low emitting with a minimal impact on indoor air quality. This results in less indoor air pollution and a reduction in odor and potential irritation problems for the occupants. And when it is finally time to redecorate...strip this wallcovering off the wall and Koroseal will recycle it for you!

The Terrace Level Powder Room is warmly illuminated by brushed nickel and etched glass light fixtures with LED lamping. Water is stylishly conserved with the sculptural dual flush toilet and the lavatory faucet with low - flow aerator. Even the rich natural quartz countertop is GREENGUARD certified. The decorative mirror is a recycled family antique. The architectural photography is by celebrated local photographer, Brian Gassel.
