Lustrous Koroseal vinyl wallcovering, "Burnished", recreates the exquisite craftsmanship and fine patina of hammered metal. And this is not just surface beauty. This wallcovering has passed rigorous emissions tests and has been certified by the GREENGUARD Environmental Institute as low emitting with a minimal impact on indoor air quality. This results in less indoor air pollution and a reduction in odor and potential irritation problems for the occupants. The Terrace Level Powder Room is warmly illuminated by brushed nickel and etched glass light fixtures with LED lamping. Water is stylishly conserved with the sculptural dual flush toilet and the lavatory faucet with low - flow aerator. Even the rich natural quartz countertop is GREENGUARD certified.
