About | The Mercantile

The Mercantile, one of Atlanta's newest design destinations owned by Barbara Heath, offers exclusive products to the Atlanta community, including George Smith Furniture and Fabrics, Bradley-Hughes Furniture, Swank Lighting, and LampLight Designs.  In addition to furniture, unique gifts and accessories, Heath's flagship showroom offers the full collection of Trowbridge Gallery Art, and original works from local artists Lynn Raney, Heidi Pierce, Donna Hughes and world renowned ML Carpenter.

At The Mercantile, we strive to bring high quality products as well as impeccable service to our customers, while being aware of the impact we have to the world around us.   Many of our products are made from eco-friendly components,  natural fibers and recycled materials.  Our newest line of furniture from Lillian August, offers and option of "Eco-Plush" cushions, employing the latest in environmentally friendly technology.  We also believe that one of the biggest compliments to our world is to recycle and reuse - hence our blend of antiques with more contemporary accents, such as Bradley Hughes accent tables.  Swank Lighting has been a wonderful addition to our showroom, with their vintage murano glass lamps, as well as recycled glass and natural stone lamps.

We are proud to support in the Greenhaven Project.
