Mark Tyburski, CEO

“Successful results in so many significant landscape applications are why I have made the commitment to Circle Organics. In my 25 plus years in landscape architecture, design and project management I have never experienced results like this – using synthetics or organics . . . these products work like nothing else I’ve ever seen.”

Mark has twenty five years experience as an owner/entrepreneur of multiple businesses within the field of landscape design, horticultural installations and the use and sale of nursery products. His experience in seeing the degradation of the waterways in and around the Chesapeake Bay lead to core values that guided him to the direction of organics, but that hasn’t always been practical - “For too long, the use of ‘ORGANICS’ has meant that it cost three times as much but worked half as well. That combination, while maybe sustainable for the environment, wouldn’t be sustainable for the success of a business. But Ron Danises’ brilliant insight and understanding of natural ecosystems within the soil, the relationships between micro-organisms and roots, and the unique products he has produced as a result of his understanding has changed all that.” After seeing the results, and understanding Ron’s passion for a science based organic product line to be marketed with an educational approach, Mark agreed to create a company to help Ron in taking his product line to market – allowing Ron to continue with his research, product development and manufacturing.

Mark Studied multi-disciplinary Design, Landscape Architecture and Horticulture at the University of Maryland; Mark brings extraordinary vision & strong entrepreneurial leadership based on a broad range of experiences in the design and construction of commercial, residential and municipal public landscapes as well as wetland mitigation plans and environmental designs.

Mark is a four year board member & participant in civic development review on a voluntary basis. He's spent five years with an amenity design team providing input on architecture, engineering, marketing architectural guidelines and budget development and10 years in Design & Project Management of parks, landscapes and amenities of high end residential communities including formal entrances, clubhouses and marinas as well as ponds, parks and trails.

Mark's design talent and experience combined with business management and a passion for the environment has lead to the programs and systems of the companies he leads.

Dirck Reichard, COO

“The bottom Line for me is that it works – period. Organic or not – I base my reputation on performance and I have seen these products outperform all others in every way; reducing our loss rate on new installation by 80 or 90%; establishing new shrub and flower plantings from roots to leaf in a matter of weeks; growing in seed and sod in record time; even saving trees in distress that we felt sure we’d lost!”

Dirck holds a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from the University of Rhode Island. He has more than 20 years experience in landscape design, construction and maintenance, including ten years as an owner of a design and construction firm specializing in high end residential and commercial landscapes.

In his role as Director of Operations with OLdpm, a Landscape Architectural and Project Management firm based in Concord, NC, Dirck has taken full command of and been responsible for the development of systems & programs geared towards short term & long term horticultural success as well as meeting the needs of the developer. “ We always try to implement a common sense approach to our projects and synthetic fertilizers, while producing green turf areas also produce green ponds by adding undesirable amounts of nitrogen which spurs algae growth. I was amazed to learn that 80% of nitrogen applied as a granular fertilizer ends up in our water systems within two weeks!“ Dirck has developed an understanding of how to apply the Circle Organics product line in a variety of applications in the landscape – from turf to trees and everything in between.

These programs have been critical to the success in managing several multi million dollar landscapes and common open space amenities of some of the most premier residential communities throughout the southeast. Dirck’s experience in budgeting and coordination of practical solutions provides valuable information to those seeking to create a successful (and sustainable) horticultural program.

"There are companies out there that are putting together a hodgepodge of organic elements with no viable insight into what these elemental interactions are creating relative to the overall microbial life balance that exist in nature. We at Circle Organics are privileged to distribute a product line whose creator, Ron Danise has spent over 30 years developing the know-how to produce optimal organic inputs for the desired outcome of sustainable soil fertility. He has not only figured out how these components work together, but also how they produce the desired synergies and outcomes. Together our goal is to do no harm and to create sustainable ecosystems. I am honored to be a part of a team that is making sure people know and have the opportunity to use this outstanding product line."
